About the Job

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your role will involve achieving individual sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What We Offer:

• Monthly Package: AED 10,000 - 12,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure the store and displays are clean and organized.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain sales records.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Support cross-selling and up-selling efforts.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular contact.
