This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and driving sales for the company. The Sales Executive will be expected to identify sales leads, pitch products and services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Additionally, this role will require regular reporting of sales progress and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales
Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include fluency in Arabic and relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market.
