Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role at The Address Investments - KAYAN in New Cairo.

The Real State Agent responsibilities :

managing client accounts, developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients, providing exceptional customer service, always staying updated with the market

Qualifications:

- ( 0-3year ) experience in real estate.

- Strong focus on property consulting.

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in New Cairo

- Demonstrated ability to close deals.

- Negotiation skills.

- Time management.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven Execllence in English.

- Owning a car is preferable.
