Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will be an ambassador for Valextra. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
• To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Valextra products.
• To maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Building brand awareness and a client base, develop client books and CRM.
• Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.

Person Specifications:

• Candidates preferred who reflect the Brand Values.
• Highly energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
• Presentable and confident communication skills.
• Minimum of two years experience in sales and customer service within the luxury retail industry.
• Proficiency in English language (mandatory).
• Chinese / Arabic / Russian language knowledge is advantage.
