The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in structuring and preparation of sales strategy, budget, forecast, analysis.
Job Responsibilities will include -
- To monitor and evaluate the sales strategies and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- To analyse sales data, increase the sales forecast accuracy, and make recommendations to optimize sales activities and promote efficiency.
- To support the Sales Manager in the preparation of sales strategy, budgets and forecasts.
- To review market trends and other sales figures to help our sales team understand the market and provide more recommendations to our potential clients.
- To analyse the success and efficiency of sales processes within our company.
- To collect data from sales reports for analysis.
- To develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
- To study past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- To compile, analyse, and report the sales data, monitor the competitor activity, customer, and market trends.
- To determine the sales potential based on new and existing sales data and make recommendations to increase the company's competitiveness.
- To contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives and provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
- To coordinate with the marketing team to analyse the marketing activities, such as campaigns, advertising measures, to create promotional material and to suggest ways to improve marketing and sales campaigns.
- To review the company's past and current sales performance inline with the current industry and sales trends.
- To ensure that the sales targets are achieved by all Sales Executives and estimate the cost of project per sales person.
- To evaluate the time, cost and resources involved in the projects to understand the earnings and profitability.
Job Requirements -
- Any Graduate OR MBA specialised in Marketing related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Controller from Construction company.
- Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required.
