Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales efforts for our biotechnology products and services, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns for biotechnology products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our biotechnology offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of biotechnological concepts and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
