We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a female with a passion for sales and customer service. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our sales activities, providing administrative support to our sales team and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in daily sales activities, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues promptly.Order Processing:
Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the sales team.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
