Job descriptionThe Secretary cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in coordinating sales activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of both administrative and sales functions.
Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and any issues.
Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to management.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.- Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Minimum Bachelors Degree Required; additional qualifications in Management or sales are a plus.- Proven experience in similar role.
Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
