Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, adept at professional communication through emails, and experienced in handling various sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets effectively. Prepare detailed quotations and other sales-related documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Email Correspondence: Handle daily email communications, ensuring responses are timely, professional, and accurate. Maintain a high standard of communication with clients and internal teams.
- Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate and comprehensive quotations for clients based on their requirements. Ensure all financial and service details are clearly listed and presented.
- Invoice and Proposal Management: Use online portals or ERP systems to submit invoices as needed. Prepare detailed proposals for clients, outlining services, pricing, and benefits.
- Contract Preparation: Draft and prepare contracts for clients, ensuring all legal and service terms are correctly captured and clearly explained.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and projects as required by the Sales Manager or other senior staff. This may include market research, data entry, and support during sales presentations or meetings.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems and online invoicing portals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in drafting emails, proposals, and contracts.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
