KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with Oqood training to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and other parties involved in the sales process to ensure a smooth and timely transaction
- Assist in RERA, DLD or Trustee in connection with the real estate projects unit registration/cancellation
- Submit application for Oqood registration DSR
- Coordinate property showings and assist with conducting property tours for prospective buyers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client information, leads, and sales contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions and address any questions or concerns
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies
- Assist with organizing sales events and exhibitions
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall buying experience for our clients
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Oqood training certification is mandatory
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Development Company
- Experience with DLD, RERA system
- Oqood trained
- Strong knowledge of property sales processes and relevant legal requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
