Job Description

Sales Coordinator:
  • Helping the team to improve business productivity by contacting customers on regular basis and conducting shop visits periodically.
Responds to customer online quires (Daily basis) regarding Product or service orders.
  • B2C: Cold calling, as per specified leads.
Liaise with Marketing and 3rd Party Digital partner to ensure the enhancement of our online platform.
  • Managing multiple tasks at once, Ensure an updated inventory & Pricing both offline & online.
Handling customers urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product details.
Inputting orders (Proforma Invoice/Quotation), ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Ensuring showroom orders are coordinated with operations for timely deliveries.
  • Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.
Assist the Management with periodical competitors feedback.
  • Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management.
  • Should have the ability to read and evaluate sales reports.
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
  • Sales Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
Time-Oriented, People Person, Great English Written and Verbal Communication (preferably also Arabic), Computer Skills, MS office, Financial Analysis, Sales, Product Knowledge, Consumer Relations, Travel, Industry Knowledge, Sales Strategies, Advertising
  • A bachelors degree preferably in marketing so can emphasis on social media and technology platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,
  • 00 - AED8,000.00 per month
