Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Sales Activities for the acquisition of new customers from various segments to position and support a sales outlet.
Undertake and manage variety of sales support functions to capture new and niche segments.
  • Data Management for CRM and other customer engagement and marketing programs.
Drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents based on instructions from superiors.
  • Act as key stake holder in managing CRM, and extracting optimum benefits from CRM.
Preparing presentations for meetings or events by creating presentation materials such as slideshows or handouts etc.
  • Managing the flow of paperwork within an organization by storing, retrieving, organizing, and disposing of records
Play an active role in dispatching Electronic Direct Mails, and regular broadcasting to various customer groups.
  • Assist in companys digital marketing activities.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for office related work.
  • Core Competencies:
Experience of Branch/Outlet Management preferably in a mall or shopping arcade.
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills.
Proficient on MS Office specially Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Multitasker
Knowledge of any GDS will be an added advantage.
  • Time management, collaboration adaptability.
  • Qualification:
Graduate in any faculty.
  • Experience: 3-5 Year Experience of Travel/ Tourism/ Leisure/ Hospitality Industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage.
