Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Counselor to join our prestigious aesthetics clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert advice on our range of aesthetic treatments. The Sales Counselor will play a crucial role in ensuring a personalized and premium experience for our clients, guiding them through their treatment options, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
- Provide detailed information on the clinic's services, treatments, and products, including benefits, risks, and aftercare.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client assessments and preferences.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for aesthetic treatments, products, and packages.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Manage client records and ensure accurate documentation of consultations and sales.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the aesthetics industry.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic's offerings and competitive landscape.
- Administrative Duties:
- Schedule client appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked with products.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client experience and treatment delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the aesthetics or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
