Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Consultant at GREEN SPINE Real Estate(GSRE), you will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and building relationships with them to generate sales. You will also provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and participate in sales meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai & SHJ
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
