About arcab

arcab is a technology-enabled bus aggregator that empowers fleet owners to make more money by increasing the utilization of their vehicles. We are tackling the 250B$ MENA market for moving people and things. We are growing rapidly working with the largest fleet operators in the region with thousands of vehicles in our supply pool. We show fleet operators that you don't need more vehicles to make more money. By sharing the fixed costs of vehicles, we're able to increase revenues for fleet operators, decrease costs for corporations, and provide a great user experience for the end-user. arcab has received backing and support from global and regional investors and is part of leading accelerators and incubators in the region such as HUB71 (Mubadala, SoftBank, ADGM) and Dubai Future Accelerators (by Dubai Future Foundation).
  • About The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative - to support the management of the outbound sales process in which arcab will be researching, identifying, and connecting with prospective customers. The SDRs responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily management of the outbound sales process, performing administrative tasks, customer research and assisting the sales team as needed.
  • You Would
Build a preliminarily target list of prospective customers (leads) based on company criteria that arcab provides including, number of employees, and annual revenue
  • Enrich these leads to obtain extra insights including correct email address, and direct phone numbers using tools like Apollo, Outplay, and HubSpot.
Creatively prospect and qualify leads using other sales outreach channels including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and phone calls
  • Make discovery calls to identify interest for arcabs services, and set up meetings for the Sales Team to connect with the leads generated
Update and Maintain arcabs Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database to organize these leads
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to support management of the Sales Process.
  • Wed Love To Meet If You Have
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills. English fluency is a must and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to pick up the phone and connect with prospective customers
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - willing to work for hands on, take ownership and lead initiatives
  • Adequate knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets / MS Office
  • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn how to effectively use new software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently or in a group.
