Job Description

About the Role:


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for teaming with our senior sales teams to uncover opportunities from inbound enquiries whilst managing a mini quota to close deals within a defined territory.


Location : Smart Village - 6th October - Giza


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Qualify prospects and generate new businesses with customers within the company’s sales cycle.
  • Schedule potential customers for meetings with sales executives team members
  • follow up and track progress on previously scheduled sales leads.
  • Use Daftra's CRM (HubSpot) to utilize & record documents, notes and sales activities as per the sales cycle.
  • Pursue additional business development opportunities in the field.


Requirements :


  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is preferable
  • Telesales background is preferred
  • POS or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience is preferable
  • Good Customer Handling skills
  • Flexible with rotational shifts.
  • Excellent presentation & communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Very Good command of English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment.
  • Problem solver
