Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aumet. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our ERP system to pharmacies in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies in KSA to introduce and promote the Aumet ERP system.
- Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients and effectively communicate how our ERP system can benefit their business.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively conveying the value proposition of the Aumet ERP system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
- Based in Egypt with the flexibility to work remotely.
