Role Description:We are seeking Sales development representatives for the Malaysia/ Singapore market, working entirely remotely, to help us continue our rapid scaling. As a middle role in our sales organization, you will have access to a cutting-edge sales stack and have the opportunity to work with market-leading clients, guiding them on their path to new technology adoption. We'll train you on the phone, email, messaging, and LinkedIn best practices to maximize every engagement point with our potential clients. Our quick growth is creating new roles virtually overnight; we'd love to promote from within to the myriad roles open at present / coming in the future, including SDR leadership, account executive, and customer success.
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective Inbound and Outbound leads via email, phone, messaging, and LinkedIn;
Get verified accounts from Validation and inbound teams and focus on targeting potential customers most likely interested in the company's services.
Create personalized videos and share the video link with the prospects using the Hippo video;
Conduct Lead pre-qualification based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
Maintain Hubspot and Salesforces updated with all information received from leads;
Schedule meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads and make follow-ups to avoid no-shows;
Report achieved results to the Sales Leaders.
2-3 years work experience
Experience working with IT companies
Work experience in RPA and IDP IT sales is a must, but some form of customer-facing experience is mandatory. We're open to out-of-the-box here - sell us!
Bonus for experience working within a cutting-edge sales stack. Preferences and opinions are even better.
Strong time management and organization and Presentation skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English and local language.
