Job Description

Job Summary:

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that N.GO's sales goals are met.

You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your exceptional communication and persuasive skills will be vital in showcasing the benefits of N-go and convincing potential clients to partner with us.

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
Conduct research and identify potential customers within the target market segments.
Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails to understand their business needs, qualify their interest, and evaluate their fit as potential customers.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects pain points, challenges, and goals.
Knowing most of the details about N.GO's products.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
Being fully aware about the new products and services
Building relationships with local businesses, including restaurants, cafes

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
Familiar with: SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Fintech, Online Marketplace / Platform
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product/service value propositions.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a drive to achieve targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
