Adree is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Achieve and exceed targeted metrics for lead generation, qualification, and appointments
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of a 1-year experience within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products) would be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of motivation and a desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
