We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director with 7-10 years of experience in off-plan properties in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading sales teams, developing strategic initiatives, and driving high-volume sales for our off-plan projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies for off plan projects that align with the company's broader business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales team, ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and brokers.
- Be the face of the company in high-stakes negotiations, sales presentations, and deal closures, ensuring that client needs are met with excellence and professionalism.
- Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership, recommending adjustments and strategies for improved performance.
- Foster a results-driven culture by providing mentorship, ongoing training, and performance evaluations for sales staff, promoting a high level of engagement and success within the team.
- Stay updated on trends in the real estate market, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities, and leading our projects to new levels of success.
Requirements:
- Proven 7-10 years of Sales Director experience in the UAE real estates (off plan property), with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including regulations and trends.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
