Complementing our operations, we also maintain an office in Moscow, Russia. We collaborate with reliable developers, value each client, and conduct sales guided by the principle of an individual approach. Currently, we are hiring an experienced and ambitious Sales Director - Indian subcontinent Deskto join our team and help us achieve new heights.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Director - Indian subcontinent Deskwithin our real estate agency Alpha Star Properties, you will play a pivotal role in leading our real estate brokers in our sales department and driving revenue growth for the company from the Indian region. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to the success of our agency.

  • Work schedule: 5/2, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets of Indian subcontinent desk
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian subcontinent clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Build, lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management. Participates proactively in recruiting and talent search

Requirements:

  • Urdu, Hindi and English languages are must.
  • Experience in the real estate industry in UAE (minimum 5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a sales team.
