Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Director to join our sales team! As our Sales Director your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into clients

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Set sales goals, analyze data, and forecast sales performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and adapt strategies to address market changes.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client account plans.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage sales tools and technologies to improve productivity.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, using data to drive decision-making.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set the company's strategic direction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Positive mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
