As the Sales Director, you will serve as the driving force behind the sales team, guiding them towards achieving remarkable revenue growth, cultivating enduring client relationships, and solidifying our market dominance. Your position holds utmost significance as you will be instrumental in formulating and implementing strategic sales endeavors that seamlessly align with the overarching goals and vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and refine comprehensive sales strategies aligning with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Ensure optimal sales performance and maintain healthy stock inventory through PSI Management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and implement effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth. Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress towards goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor. Anticipate client needs and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and untapped opportunities. Use insights to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of market dynamics.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess sales team performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the Home Appliances industry.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Agile with an appetite for continuous improvement and leading change efforts.
