Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director, Global Equipment Solutions (GES) SEA at Universal Instruments Corporation in Penang, Malaysia. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales operations, ensuring customer service excellence, managing teams, and driving business development strategies in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry. This position can be based in any of these country; Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand.

Qualifications/Job Description

• Managing a team of Regional Sales, Applications Engineering, Field Service function within the SEA GES organization.
• Min 10 years of regional sales management experience, and demonstrated consistency in achieving and growing the territory year over year
• Demonstrated ability managing team comprising different nationality, different cultures, and strong leadership versatility in coaching and mentoring team members of different job function
• Ability to collaborate cross business unit, cross region, pulling together the necessary support from various organization to penetrate and win in strategic target key accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Min 10 years of solid experience in capital equipment selling within the semiconductor and/or electronics industry is mandatory
• Min 15-20 years of total working experience in the target market segment domain
