Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at KPI Real Estate Brokerage located in New Cairo. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. They will also build and maintain relationships with key clients, analyze market trends, and provide insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate Brokerage industry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
