We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our recruitment company's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve targets and objectives aligned with company goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients globally
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the performance and professional development of the sales team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department

Requirements
