We're looking for a
Sales Director who has a proven track record of leading high-performing SDR teams, meeting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs, ensuring individual and team KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
- Performance Optimization: Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes, including training, coaching, or process adjustments
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to analyze performance metrics, understand bottlenecks, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and results
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, optimize lead flow, and refine targeting strategies
- Recruitment & Development: Hire top-tier SDR talent, design onboarding programs, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine SDR workflows, scripts, and tools to ensure peak performance and a seamless experience for prospects
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present updates, forecasts, and results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years managing SDR teams in a B2B environment
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and lead-generation targets consistently
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance data and identifying root causes of challenges within a team
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and reporting
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
