Job Description

PLEASE NOTE : ONLY CANDIDATES WITH SOLID UAE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our expanding company.

The role will primarily focus on managing our Sales Team, with this team expected to grow significantly over the next few months.

The ideal candidate will have expert UAE Real Estate knowledge and possess strong management experience.

They will also have a keen interest in training property consultants.

TRPE (The Real Property Experts) are a fast-growing Real Estate agency, with our office located centrally on Sheikh Zayed Road here in Dubai.

After 15 years of successfully operating in London's Real Estate market, we expanded our operations into the Middle East by opening our Dubai office in 2022.

We have a well-established team of property experts who have forged a strong reputation in the industry for delivering the highest standard of satisfaction to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, motivate, train, and develop a Sales team.
  • Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process of the Sales team.
  • Analyse market trends and propose different strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Develop training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Support and assist agents in closing deals.
  • Manage leads for the team and ensure leads conversion.
  • Be fully involved in training for own sales team, especially new joiners.
  • Ensure high productivity, consistent sales and the achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training.
  • Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation.
  • Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients.
  • Create relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team.
  • Strategize and organize roadshows to boost lead generation, brand awareness and network expansion of self and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry in the UAE.
  • 2-3 years of work experience managing and developing a Sales team
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven organizational and planning ability.
  • Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
  • Strong decision maker
  • Team-player
