The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role Strong understanding of sales principles and practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions Track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
