Job Description

Our client is a very reputed and fast growing real estate brand in Dubai. Having offices across Dubai, United Kingdom & Nigeria, the brand is known for providing reliable expertise in the real estate industry, and have garnered aclaim within the industry.

In our pursuit of excellence, theey are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Director (Russian speaking) with extensive experience in the Real Estate Development Industry. They seek an individual with exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a high-performing team to achieve unprecedented sales revenue.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in conceiving innovative ideas for sales and marketing strategies, contributing significantly to business growth by cultivating strong partnerships and relationships with diverse agencies and investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the entire sales operation, implementing effective strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in closing deals, maximizing revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and customer needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and desirable.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, real estate agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Proactively formulate and execute business development strategies to foster industry partnerships and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent the company professionally through presentations, meetings, and roadshows, implementing branding strategies to maximize market influence.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze team performance, implementing motivational structures to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of the company's property inventory, including pricing, availability, and marketing strategies.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions for new homes, and investments, and maximizing ROI.
  • Process Development: Develop and maintain systematic processes within the sales department, utilizing CRM systems to track and maximize prospective clients.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant real estate events and conferences, contributing to the company's industry presence.
  • Reporting: Provide daily reports to the CEO, establishing necessary written reports and data.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum 10 years as a Sales Director in the Real Estate Development Industry
  • License: Valid UAE Drivers License
  • Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, and real estate expertise
  • Availability: Immediate joining
  • Language: Russian, English

Compensation: Highly competitive Basic Salary + Commission Structure
