Job Description

We are delighted to introduce Almasa Company, a pioneering enterprise in the UAE specializing in environmental and sustainable manufacturing. As the holder of wastewater treatment patents within the UAE and GCC countries, we proudly stand as the regions first and only producer of core membrane components for wastewater treatment. Our portfolio includes projects and products such as wastewater treatment and recycling, off-grid solar systems, solid waste resource utilization, water-efficient agriculture, and electric vehicle sales and services. As part of our growth strategy, we are promoting our patented equipment and revolutionary products throughout the UAE and the broader Middle East and launching entrepreneurial environmental and sustainability projects.

To support our growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Sales Engineers for our projects in Saudi Arabia and India. This role includes opportunities for business trips and must be Arabic and Hindi-speaking.
  • Responsibilities:
Prepare technical presentations of products or services to customers and prospective clients.
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in designated regions.
Travel to visit potential clients and establish new relationships, while maintaining existing ones.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements, persuading clients that our products or services best satisfy their needs.
Calculate client quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  • Offer after-sales support services and administer client accounts.
Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports for the head office, and meet regular sales targets.
  • Record and maintain client contact data, coordinate sales projects, and support marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meet client needs.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
Solve client problems, assist in the design of custom-made products, and provide training and support materials for the sales team.

Strong academic background in majors such as industrial automation, electrical automation, ecology, agronomy, breeding and plantation, environmental science, water treatment, bioengineering, microbial engineering, etc. are encouraged to apply._
