Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer at Eta in Giza. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, communicating with clients, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service in the electromechanical solutions sector.

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support capabilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and relay them to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the electromechanical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
