Job Title: Sales Engineer-Female Identify and cultivate
new business opportunities within the designated market segment, including architects, designers, contractors, and developers.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for their needs.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that align with their specifications and project objectives.
Conduct technical presentations
and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of Euro Systems offerings.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and
technical documentation in response to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales and management teams, striving to achieve favorable terms while maximizing profitability.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for product innovation and business expansion.
Provide post-sales support
, includng troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating product installations, and facilitating training sessions for clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses using the company's CRM system, providing regular updates and forecasts to the sales management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture,or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or architectural products industry.
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods, with specific knowledge of interior and exterior shades, acoustic ceiling systems, aluminum and glazing, and passive fire protection products preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
