Job Title: Sales Engineer (Mechanical/HVAC)
Location: Eastern Region
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Mechanical or HVAC sales with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for our range of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions- Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure they align with the technical and commercial aspects of the products
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and after-sales support
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions meet or exceed customer requirements
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry
Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical or HVAC products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
Experience with CRM software and sales tools
