Job Purpose:
As a member of the Sales Department, to work closely with and to support fellow colleagues within the Sales Department.
Key Accountabilities:
Meet annual Sales Target of assigned clients
Ensure SIOP monthly targets are met for assigned clients
Actively review the specifications and identify any changes made by the customer. Involvement with the preparation of tenders submittals and quotations, throughout the full stages of creation, to include completing Guaranteed Technical Particulars and compliance statements of the tenders.
Configure Solutions in Tacton Configurator as per customer requirements. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Tendering Department to ensure correct materials are quoted. Coordinate with contracts department creation of new BOMs
Handling technical queries/clarifications with the customers and respond in a timely manner. Obtaining drawing approval for all successful tenders/inquiries.
Ensure timely deliveries as per the tender requirement through monitoring and dialogue with the commercial department and manufacturing division (if needed)
Issue Tendering Monthly report to the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure CRM is maintained up to date.
Job Context
The role will be based in Dubai.
The Sales Engineer to visit assigned customers and present Lucy Electric portfolio with a focus on French speaking territories.
To prequalify Lucy Electric with new customers.
To maintain relationships with customers: Contractors, Consultants, end users etc
Attends Exhibitions and Sales Promotions on behalf of the Company, which could be inside or outside of the U.A.E.
To attend tender openings when required.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by the Sales & Marketing Department.
To work with the broad team in other department in the identification of proper and correct materials, part assemblies and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task to coordinate and drive business success.
To be ready to travel as per business requirements which may incur overnight stays outside the U.A.E.
To comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the companys business and staff.
To adhere to the established safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedure
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university, masters degree, or equivalent.
An appropriate business qualification.
Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
Valid UAE driving license
Minimum Experience:
3 years minimum experience in Sales of Electrical Equipment.
