Looking for a Sales Engineer, for a Machinery Manufacturing Company with the following requirements.
Job Description:
- Promote and commercialize companies after-sales activities.
- Expand the customer portfolio through active prospecting and communication channels.
- Inform end users about available service packages and options.
- Ensure clear agreements and follow-ups for medium- and long-term success.
- Analyze customer needs based on their business models and operations.
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction through solutions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with BDE sales and service teams to create service offers and contracts.
- Organize service campaigns and after-sales promotions, including spare parts activities.
- Monitor market trends to develop competitive service proposals and achieve objectives.
- Ensure proper follow-up after new units or services are delivered.
- Build long-term relationships to maintain and grow the customer portfolio.
- Provide regular sales and market updates using reports and CRM tools.
- Develop sales tools to promote genuine spare parts and after-sales services.
- Uphold company values and ethical standards in all actions.
Qualification:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C business or demonstrated through competencies and skills and Experience with maintenance contracts and promoting spare parts is a strong advantage.
- Engineering graduate or diploma in Engineering
- Must have UAE Driving License
