Educate prospects about the company's solutions and demonstrate the advantages over competitors
Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and clients through product demos, calls, and onsite visits
Drive the pre-sales process, working collaboratively with prospects to close deals and increase order values while ensuring all business requirements are met
Assist the sales team during the proposal process, ensuring that technical recommendations align with customer needs
Support Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring customers understand new features and how they can add value to existing installations
Gather customer feedback to help shape future product updates
Manage responses to RFPs/RFIs from start to finish
Participate in team training, coaching, and mentoring activities
Present at webinars and in-person events
Handle escalations to ensure the success of POV/POC projects
Provide feedback to product management to help guide the strategic development of the company's technology
Travel up to 50% for customer and partner engagements
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success or sales engineering.
Exceptional customer soft skills.
Strong familiarity with key cybersecurity concepts (WAF, IPS, IDS, firewalls, proxies, encryption, system hardening)
Strong familiarity with key information security concepts (e.g., phishing, social engineering)
Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills with the ability to interact favorably with customers. Must be personable and possess high personal integrity
Independent, self-starter who takes responsibility for the results of their Sales Pod and can think outside the box to provide custom solutions when needed
