Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for valves, pumps, and mechanical products, and related services within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Regular customer visits to understand the requirements of the clients.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in valves, pumps, and mechanical products, is a MUST.
- Strong technical knowledge of valves, pumps, and related mechanical products is amust.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in sales of valves, pumps, or similar mechanical products.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
