Job Description_
- Residential landscape maintenance experience with Horticulture / Agriculture/ Science background.
Experience in planting and plant & turf maintenance ,is preferable.- Must have strong sales and collection skills.
Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic horticultural plants knowledge.
- Turf maintenance experience is an added advantage.
8-10 years of experience in water, plant nutrients, pest & disease management, are the key preferred skills.- Self-initiative, aggressive in connecting new residential customers, experience in horticulture plants planting, irrigation management, & plant maintenance and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
- Candidate must have a valid UAE 4-wheel Driving License.
* Must have to handle all landscape maintenance business related responsibilities.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
