Job Role:
The Fresh Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling tires to customers in various locations. This entry-level role involves traveling to meet clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue Leads: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Client Meetings: Travel to meet potential and existing customers to present products and services.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of different tire models.
- Sales Negotiations: Assist in negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing sales performance and market feedback
Education
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of tire products and market trends is a plus
