Sales Executive - Retail Fabric Sales
Location - Dubai
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting
our range of fabric products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and
preferences.
Provide product knowledge and advice to customers on fabric selection, quality, and
suitability for their requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all
times.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and
inventory management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify
opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and
promotional campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to
enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in fabric-related or fashion-related retail sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Knowledge of fabric types, textures, and trends.
Previous experience working with reputable retail brands in South India or Mumbai,
India, is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
