Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about AV technology and has a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of AV equipment rental services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the AV equipment rental or events industry.
- Strong understanding of AV technology and equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
