We are seeking a Sales Executive for an Automotive Group. As a Sales Executive your primary role is to be responsible for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory and customers, project expected sales volume for existing and new products, implement sales programs by developing sales action plans with existing and new customers,develop and implement marketing strategies, analyse trends and results and report on a monthly basis to management your progress against plan and key performance indicators.Other duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Achieving sales growth and sales targets assigned by the company
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Work with Product development team on proposing new product ideas and expansion of product range
Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience in automotive sales or automotive accessories.
3 years sales experience
Must have UAE valid driver's license and owns a car
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across functional teams.
