We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in sales, ideally within the
calibration and inspection services sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Identify and target potential clients in need of calibration and inspection services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote services and network with potential clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in calibration and inspection services or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of calibration and inspection processes and industry standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
