Develop and maintain relationships with companies, rent a cars, car dealerships, suppliers, fleet managers, individual sellers etc and source used cars, salvage cars, general material etc from them.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
Follow up and obtain approvals and complete relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Auction and bidding management:
Coordinate with the operations team for Lotting & listing of cars
Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute successful auction events to attract bidders.
During auctions, facilitate bidding processes, manage bidder inquiries, and finalize sales transactions.
Customer Service & support:
Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Performance tracking and reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory.
Enhance productivity and meet targets.
Market analysis & pricing strategy:
conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing trends in the market.
Develop pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing automotive sales and auctions.
