We are seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our elite team at CARTER & WHITE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering personalized service, driving sales performance, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert knowledge on products, trends, and the brand's heritage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall store performance.
- Provide personalized shopping experiences by offering tailored recommendations and styling advice.
- Introduce clients to exclusive collections, limited-edition items, and bespoke services to enhance their shopping experience.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued, respected, and attended to during every interaction.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Visual Merchandising & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, collections, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays that align with the brand's standards and attract customer attention.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the store manager and other sales team members to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a cohesive and motivated team environment.
- Participate in training sessions to further develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and clienteling strategies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all sales records are properly maintained.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a deep understanding of high-end fashion and clienteling techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A passion for luxury fashion and a strong desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- A client-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a discerning clientele.
- Strong sales drive and an ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high-end fashion or luxury brands.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with luxury clientele and bespoke service offerings.
