About the job Sales Executive (UAE)
Responsibilities:
Identifies business opportunities by establishing contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.
Update CRM reports on a daily basis.
Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads, and meetings.
Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
Provide excellent customer service.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
Proficient in English
Technically independent with good initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Hands-on and a positive attitude
Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure, coordination skills, multi-tasking, service-minded.
Initiative for problem-solving.
