_We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tax and accounting industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company._
_Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting._
- _Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business._
_Present and promote our services to potential clients._- _Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements._
_Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals._
- _Negotiate contracts and close sales deals._
_Achieve and exceed sales targets._- _Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities._
_Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies._
- _Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system._
_Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry._
- _Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills._
_Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients._- _Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented._
_Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Good understanding of tax and accounting services._
_Sales and marketing experience is preferred._
- Salary: _AED 3,000 per month._
- Sales Target: _AED 10,000 per month._
- Commission: _25% commission on sales exceeding the monthly target._
