We are looking for an experienced individual passionate about fashion to join our award winning concept store.
-Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and brand knowledge
-Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
-Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a clientele base
-Advising customers on general information about product/brand heritage, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products
-Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales customer visiting the stores by following the store's after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
